這是一種磺化的、親水的、水溶的熒光染料。沒有磺化的Cyanine3 NHS ester亦可供選擇。
該產(chǎn)品是Cy3® NHS ester的衍生物。在所有應(yīng)用中Sulfo-Cyanine3 NHS ester都可以替代Cy3®，Alexa Fluor 546和DyLight 549。
